Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily and ad hoc cyber strategy and partnership tasks in line with organisational priorities
- Lead complex planned tasks requiring specialised cyber strategy expertise
- Oversee quality, accuracy and timeliness of assigned staff work
- Prepare high-level briefings, reports and presentations for senior management and international meetings
- Identify staff development needs and support technical, analytical and strategic capacity building
- Establish and manage internal and external cyber partnerships
- Monitor and report key performance indicators to management
- Represent the organisation on cyber strategic policy and partnership matters when required
Role Requirements
- Three to four years of completed education, such as a bachelor's degree or equivalent certification level, in a relevant field
- At least five years of experience investigating cybercrime or cyber-enabled crime
- Strong background in international cooperation, law enforcement operations or investigations
- Experience developing, delivering and managing projects focused on organisational strategic and policy changes
- Good working knowledge of ICT systems or digital forensics
- Working knowledge of legal issues relating to cybercrime
- Oral and written command of English
Desired Criteria
- Higher degrees are desired
- Experience in staff supervision is highly desirable
- Experience establishing external outreach and partnerships is highly desirable
- Knowledge of another INTERPOL official language is an additional asset

Additional Information
- Secondment for 36 months
- Enhanced security clearance required
- Open to law enforcement or governmental officials within INTERPOL member countries only
- Home administration or agency remains responsible for salary, social insurance, pension, welfare benefits, family allowances, travel and removal costs
- Home administration confirmation of secondment conditions must be forwarded through the National Central Bureau
