Responsibilities
- Analyse human-resources processes and identify bottlenecks and optimisation opportunities
- Redesign processes and support related policy reviews
- Match redesigned processes with suitable digital technologies alongside IT and vendors
- Align business requirements with technical specifications and user experience
- Document process analysis, recommendations, decisions and outcomes
- Monitor digital-transformation delivery, risks, benefits and key performance indicators
- Engage stakeholders and develop change communications
- Coach practitioners and deliver training on redesigned processes and systems
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration or a related field
- At least five years of progressive experience with human-resources policies, processes, tools, systems, analysis or management
- Fluency in English
- Current UNOPS internal-candidate eligibility
