Digital policy, AI readiness and data-governance specialist supporting operations, analytics and advisory work across the World Bank Group. The Young Professional helps countries strengthen connectivity, digital public infrastructure, responsible AI, cybersecurity and inclusive access, translating evidence and technology trends into practical investment, policy and capacity-building solutions.

• Support digital investment projects and policy reforms
• Provide advisory services, technical assistance and capacity building
• Develop data, diagnostics and operational toolkits for digital transformation
• Engage government and private-sector stakeholders on digital and AI topics

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• 2-6 years of relevant professional experience
• Fluency in English

• Proficiency in other languages is an advantage
