Job Description
Shapes campaigns, knowledge and stakeholder engagement for UNDP’s AI Hub for Sustainable Development in Rome. The specialist co-designs AI Hub programmes, generates insights, mobilises partners and delivers advocacy campaigns across G7 and African stakeholders. The role advances responsible AI and digital-development collaboration, thought leadership, communications and programme learning.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Lead the AI Hub knowledge and insights strategy across programme cycles
- Build campaign strategies and partnerships with G7, African and government stakeholders
- Develop and execute campaigns, stakeholder mapping and programme workstreams
- Establish monitoring, evaluation and learning approaches for campaigns
- Lead advocacy, research, events and thought leadership on responsible AI for development
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in design, business administration, engineering, information technology management, education or relevant technical field
- Bachelor’s degree in a listed field plus two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least five years of experience in AI, digital transformation or sustainable development
- Fluency in oral and written English
Desired Criteria
- Understanding of different contexts and experience working with developing countries
- Knowledge of international development and challenges affecting developing countries
