Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve strategic direction for the Frontier AI Systems and Capabilities workstream
  • Lead capability horizon scanning across frontier models and system architectures
  • Develop system foresight analyses identifying emergent behaviours and risk inflection points
  • Convene frontier labs, infrastructure providers, standards bodies and policymakers
  • Serve as primary point of engagement for external stakeholders
  • Build and activate the Frontier AI community including the Global Future Council
  • Lead and manage team members supporting the workstream

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (Master's) in AI, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business or Technology Governance
  • 7+ years experience working on frontier AI capabilities, system architecture, AI safety or advanced technology governance
  • Demonstrated technical fluency in contemporary AI systems
