Responsibilities
- Define and evolve strategic direction for the Frontier AI Systems and Capabilities workstream
- Lead capability horizon scanning across frontier models and system architectures
- Develop system foresight analyses identifying emergent behaviours and risk inflection points
- Convene frontier labs, infrastructure providers, standards bodies and policymakers
- Serve as primary point of engagement for external stakeholders
- Build and activate the Frontier AI community including the Global Future Council
- Lead and manage team members supporting the workstream
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master's) in AI, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business or Technology Governance
- 7+ years experience working on frontier AI capabilities, system architecture, AI safety or advanced technology governance
- Demonstrated technical fluency in contemporary AI systems
