This Young Professionals Program enterprise-architecture role will support World Bank Group research, analysis and platform enhancement for agentic AI and AI-enabled software delivery. The participant will prototype AI tools, develop architecture assets and coding practices, analyse technology portfolios and prepare documentation, presentations and knowledge-sharing materials for governance.

• Research emerging technologies
• Prototype agentic AI and coding tools
• Support AI-assisted platform development
• Document architecture guardrails and coding patterns
• Develop reusable architecture artifacts

• A minimum of a master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or a related field
• 2–6 years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Knowledge of other languages may be an advantage
