Information Systems Officer

Develops and maintains enterprise information systems for OICT’s Enterprise Application Center in Bangkok. The officer manages systems-analysis, design and implementation work, translates user requirements into integrated applications, strengthens data security and user support, and leads testing, documentation and technology recommendations for complex digital services used by UN clients.

• Manage systems feasibility, analysis, design and implementation projects
• Develop specifications, documentation and integrated applications
• Maintain systems and resolve user-support issues
• Ensure data security and access controls
• Lead testing, training and technology evaluations

• Advanced degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or a related field; a first-level degree with two additional years may be accepted
• At least five years in computer information systems
• At least five years with SharePoint, SharePoint Online and SPFX
• At least four years with Power Automate and Azure Logic App
• English is required

• Machine Learning, RAG, data analytics and French are desirable
