Job Description
Develop and support enterprise web applications and services for OICT's Enterprise Solutions Service in Deqing, Zhejiang. This in-person consultancy designs, programs, tests and debugs geospatial and AI-enabled applications using Java and React, documents changes and training materials, manages version control, resolves third-level application issues, and evaluates tools and libraries to improve solution quality and delivery.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop web applications and web services
- Analyse requirements to improve solution design
- Program, test, debug and implement applications using Java and React
- Prepare technical, user and training documentation
- Provide third-level support and resolve deployed-application issues
- Evaluate tools and libraries for enterprise solutions
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or a related field, or a first-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least two years of hands-on experience building web applications with React and Java
- At least two years of hands-on experience using JavaScript or TypeScript, Java, SQL and REST APIs
- Authorisation to work in China

- Ability to travel abroad for projects
