Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Protection Digital ecosystem on the Frappe Framework
- Build REST APIs and integrate external systems and services
- Design MariaDB structures, responsive interfaces, workflows, reports and dashboards
- Implement Python business logic, role-based permissions and security controls
- Manage containerised deployments and automated build, test and deployment pipelines
- Troubleshoot incidents and monitor application performance, uptime and infrastructure health
- Lead code reviews, technical documentation, solution design and support-team training
- Collaborate with product, architecture, business, field ICT and open-source stakeholders
Role Requirements
- IT engineering degree or equivalent
- Technical certification or equivalent professional experience
- At least five years of production Frappe development with Python and a demonstrable open-source presence
- At least five years of frontend development, including three years of production work with Frappe UI
- Production experience integrating and operating technical solutions
- Experience with DevOps and technical support processes
- Excellent spoken and written English
