IAM Tech Lead (IGA)

Lead the technical evolution of ICRC identity governance and administration, stabilising Microsoft Identity Manager while designing its replacement, modernising identity-lifecycle workflows and federation, and establishing secure, scalable integration patterns.

• Maintain and enhance Microsoft Identity Manager until retirement
• Lead migration to a modern enterprise identity-governance platform
• Design and improve joiner-mover-leaver identity workflows
• Define access reviews, segregation-of-duties controls and governance standards
• Integrate identity platforms with HR, directory, cloud and on-premises systems
• Lead migration from ADFS to Microsoft Entra ID
• Establish scalable architecture patterns and operational documentation
• Mentor team members and transfer new services into production

• Degree in information technology or computer science, or equivalent experience
• At least five years of hands-on identity and access management implementation and engineering experience
• Experience with modern enterprise identity-governance platforms
• Experience leading or architecting complex joiner-mover-leaver processes
• Strong hands-on Microsoft Identity Manager experience
• Experience integrating HR systems with identity-governance platforms
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML and Kerberos
• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Automation experience using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and cloud-first identity strategies
