Summary of Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance Microsoft Identity Manager until retirement
- Lead migration to a modern enterprise identity-governance platform
- Design and improve joiner-mover-leaver identity workflows
- Define access reviews, segregation-of-duties controls and governance standards
- Integrate identity platforms with HR, directory, cloud and on-premises systems
- Lead migration from ADFS to Microsoft Entra ID
- Establish scalable architecture patterns and operational documentation
- Mentor team members and transfer new services into production
Role Requirements
- Degree in information technology or computer science, or equivalent experience
- At least five years of hands-on identity and access management implementation and engineering experience
- Experience with modern enterprise identity-governance platforms
- Experience leading or architecting complex joiner-mover-leaver processes
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Identity Manager experience
- Experience integrating HR systems with identity-governance platforms
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML and Kerberos
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Desired Criteria
- Automation experience using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and cloud-first identity strategies
- Working knowledge of French
