Responsibilities

  • Plan workshop resources and preventive maintenance with the Vehicle Fleet Manager
  • Train fleet staff in diagnostics, repairs, equipment use and ICRC procedures
  • Support mechanics with complex vehicle and generator diagnostics
  • Ensure workshop repairs meet ICRC and manufacturer standards
  • Maintain Fleetwave, electronic logbooks and spare-parts catalogues
  • Monitor fuel consumption and prepare contingency plans
  • Set spare-parts and consumables stock levels and support ordering
  • Prepare job cards, reports and maintenance statistics

Requirements

  • Technical school degree in mechanical engineering or similar
  • At least three years as an automotive foreperson, or four to six years in a similar mechanic role
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Driving licence
  • Very good computer skills
