Procure medical and health-related goods for the ICRC in Kyiv by analysing requests, selecting suppliers, running quotations and tenders, and preparing transparent award recommendations and contracts. The buyer follows deliveries, maintains compliant records, benchmarks markets and supports supplier assessments.

• Analyse and validate purchasing requests and sourcing options
• Issue requests for quotation and tender
• Prepare documented supplier-selection and award recommendations
• Draft purchase contracts for goods and services
• Coordinate with logistics teams and internal customers
• Track purchases and deliveries
• Maintain complete procurement records for compliance
• Conduct market surveys, price benchmarking and supplier assessments

• Ukrainian citizenship or permanent residence permit in Ukraine
• High school diploma
• At least three years of purchasing, procurement or supply-chain experience
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English and Ukrainian
• Good knowledge of the local market
