Sales and Warehouse Talent Pipeline

The pipeline identifies locally available candidates for short-term IAEA retail and warehouse assignments involving storekeeping, cash transactions, forklift driving and warehouse operations, with careful stock handling, customer service, accurate routine work and the flexibility to support daily commissary needs.

Department: Division of General Services

• Support retail sales or warehouse assignments based on pipeline placement
• Perform storekeeping and routine stock-handling activities
• Process cash transactions accurately when assigned to retail duties
• Operate a forklift when assigned and appropriately qualified
• Organise daily work and meet changing operational deadlines
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a busy store environment
• Serve customers and colleagues from varied cultural backgrounds
• Follow IAEA conduct, safety and medical-clearance requirements

• Completed secondary education
• At least two years of relevant work experience
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Legal residence in Austria
• Ability to work accurately under time pressure and changing demands
