Responsibilities

  • Develop the relocation project framework, schedule, milestones and workstreams
  • Coordinate UNICEF teams, vendors, building management and service providers
  • Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, issues and corrective actions
  • Maintain project records, decisions, deliverables and status reporting
  • Plan operational readiness, business continuity and workplace transition
  • Manage project closure and compile the final handover package
  • Ensure multiple relocation activities meet quality and timeline requirements

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in business, project management, operations, facilities, public administration, communications, international relations or a relevant field
  • At least five years of project coordination, operations, administration, workplace transition, facilities or relocation experience
  • Project planning, risk tracking, issue management and progress-monitoring skills
  • Microsoft Office and project-tracking proficiency
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Japanese
