Overview
The associate leads operational delivery of a Costa Rica migration-regularization project, coordinating beneficiary intake, documentation and biometric processes, budgets, government counterparts, capacity building, reporting and data protection so migrants can access lawful long-term status.

Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and monitoring of migration-regularization activities
- Support beneficiary intake, documentation screening and registration procedures
- Coordinate biometric and data-collection processes with protection-sensitive safeguards
- Monitor budgets, procurement actions and administrative requirements
- Coordinate government authorities, consular actors and service providers
- Plan and deliver capacity-building workshops on regularization processes
- Prepare correspondence, briefings and narrative and financial reports
- Supervise staff and document procedures, lessons and operational improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with five years of professional experience, or high school diploma with seven years of professional experience
- Experience supporting migration governance, regularization, civil documentation, protection or assistance to vulnerable migrants
- Knowledge of regularization procedures, registration requirements and protection-sensitive referral pathways
- Ability to manage sensitive beneficiary information securely
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Spanish
