Responsibilities
- Coordinate assisted voluntary return programme operations
- Monitor budgets, cash-based assistance and financial compliance
- Oversee monitoring, reporting and programme records
- Coordinate government, partner and donor relationships
- Supervise staff and deliver operational training
- Support services for migrants and vulnerable groups
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with two years of experience, or a relevant master’s degree
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Local eligibility to work in Costa Rica
