Responsibilities
- Coordinate protection and psychosocial-support portfolios
- Manage planning, budgets, donor compliance and reporting
- Supervise and develop protection and mental-health teams
- Ensure quality case management and survivor-centred referrals
- Develop protection and data-sharing procedures
- Build referral pathways with institutional and community partners
- Represent IOM and lead partner capacity building
- Develop proposals and deliver institutional learning and visibility
Requirements
- Relevant master's degree with five years of experience, or university degree with seven years
- Protection-programming experience in migration or displacement contexts
- Experience designing protection and counter-trafficking programmes
- Fluency in English and French
