Lead IOM Guinea’s protection and mental health and psychosocial support portfolio. The officer manages programmes, teams, case-management and referral systems, strengthens national partners, ensures donor compliance and reporting, and advances rights-based services for vulnerable migrants and returnees.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate protection and psychosocial-support portfolios
  • Manage planning, budgets, donor compliance and reporting
  • Supervise and develop protection and mental-health teams
  • Ensure quality case management and survivor-centred referrals
  • Develop protection and data-sharing procedures
  • Build referral pathways with institutional and community partners
  • Represent IOM and lead partner capacity building
  • Develop proposals and deliver institutional learning and visibility

Requirements

  • Relevant master's degree with five years of experience, or university degree with seven years
  • Protection-programming experience in migration or displacement contexts
  • Experience designing protection and counter-trafficking programmes
  • Fluency in English and French
