Responsibilities
- Build networks with refugee, displaced and stateless communities
- Integrate community perspectives into protection strategies and operational plans
- Coordinate protection priorities with government, partners and communities
- Guide implementation of community-based protection procedures
- Conduct field missions and report on protection trends and risks
- Support community representation, conflict resolution and participation
- Contribute protection data, project submissions and budgets
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree with one year of relevant experience, or a graduate or doctoral degree with no prior experience
- Relevant education in international development, human rights, social work, social science, political science, anthropology, international law or a related field
- Professional experience in community services, social work, refugee protection or human rights
- English and Kurdish
