Senior Protection Associate

Coordinate IOM protection services across Gaziantep and Şanlıurfa. The associate manages complex cases and referrals, monitors documentation and budgets, liaises with partners, trains staff, prepares reports and supervises quality delivery for migrants and refugees with specific protection needs.

Department: Humanitarian Protection

• Coordinate outreach, counselling, case management and referral activities
• Manage complex protection cases and guide staff on case planning
• Monitor case records, data quality, confidentiality and reporting
• Track budgets, purchase requests and payment documentation
• Coordinate services and referral pathways with the Turkish Red Crescent
• Plan and deliver protection capacity-building workshops
• Liaise with authorities, UN agencies, civil society and donors
• Prepare reports, procedures and project concepts and supervise staff

• Relevant bachelor's degree with four years of experience, or school diploma with six years
• Protection case-management experience
• Experience working with vulnerable migrants and refugees
• Experience coordinating with authorities and service providers
• Fluency in English and Turkish

• Two positions in Gaziantep and Şanlıurfa
• Roster eligibility may continue for 24 months
