Responsibilities
- Integrate participatory and community-based approaches into protection strategy
- Maintain community and partner networks to identify protection risks, needs and capacities
- Support community-owned responses covering child protection, psychosocial support, livelihoods and gender-based violence
- Conduct participatory assessments and consultations with people of concern
- Help communities establish representative and coordination structures
- Collect age, gender and diversity data for programme and budget monitoring
- Prioritise counselling and field visits against agreed protection criteria
- Monitor partner compliance with protection policies and professional standards
Requirements
- High school diploma with at least two years of relevant experience, or bachelor degree or higher with at least one year of relevant experience
- Chinese and English at B2 level or above
