Project Coordinator

The coordinator leads IOM movement and migration projects in Aruba, managing operations, budgets, monitoring, DTM and biometric data collection, government and donor coordination, staff supervision, training, field travel, reporting, R4V partnerships and proposal development to expand mission delivery.

Department: Movement Operations

• Coordinate implementation of IOM operational projects in Aruba
• Maintain project monitoring, correspondence and country reporting
• Oversee displacement tracking, biometric registration and flow monitoring
• Coordinate government, donor, United Nations and civil-society partners
• Plan field visits, meetings, workshops and training sessions
• Monitor budgets, data collection and delivery against expected outcomes
• Analyse operational data and prepare reports using IOM standards
• Supervise the Aruba team and support proposals for new funding

• Bachelor's degree in social science, international relations, regional studies or a related field with two years of relevant experience, or university degree in those fields with four years of relevant experience
• Prior movement-operations experience, especially with IOM
