Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation of IOM operational projects in Aruba
- Maintain project monitoring, correspondence and country reporting
- Oversee displacement tracking, biometric registration and flow monitoring
- Coordinate government, donor, United Nations and civil-society partners
- Plan field visits, meetings, workshops and training sessions
- Monitor budgets, data collection and delivery against expected outcomes
- Analyse operational data and prepare reports using IOM standards
- Supervise the Aruba team and support proposals for new funding
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social science, international relations, regional studies or a related field with two years of relevant experience, or university degree in those fields with four years of relevant experience
- Prior movement-operations experience, especially with IOM
