Supply and Logistics Manager

Leads UNICEF Myanmar’s supply chain and logistics operations for programmes and emergency response. The role oversees planning, procurement, contracting, customs, warehousing and distribution, manages the supply team, advises government and partners, and improves products, markets and national systems.

Department: Supply Section

• Lead the country office Supply Section and supervise professional and support staff
• Manage supply-chain service delivery for programmes and emergency response
• Oversee planning, procurement, contracting, customs, warehousing, transport and distribution
• Coordinate supply interventions with programme and implementing partners
• Provide technical advice to government and national supply systems
• Manage financial and material resources and monitor supply-chain performance
• Drive innovation in products, markets and supply approaches

• Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Contract or Commercial Law, International Development, Health or a related social science field
• At least eight years of relevant national and international experience in supply, logistics, procurement, contracting, administration or a directly related technical field
• Understanding of development and humanitarian work
• Proficiency in English
