Responsibilities
- Support procurement and supply-chain operations under UNICEF procedures
- Assist with incoming air and sea shipments
- Support warehouse operations and inventory control
- Coordinate transport and distribution activities
- Maintain operational data and prepare supply and logistics reports
- Provide administrative coordination and contribute to continuous process improvement
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Current enrolment in an undergraduate, postgraduate or doctoral programme, recent graduation within the past two years, or specialised training in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, administration or a related field
- Fluency in French
- Excellent academic performance demonstrated by recent university or institutional records
- No immediate relative in the supervisory reporting line
- No disqualification under UNICEF child-safeguarding personnel standards

Additional info
- On-site internship for three months
- Monthly stipend equal to 70 per cent of the GS-3 step 1 monthly salary
- Per diem is payable at applicable UN rates for duty travel
- Interns receive 2.5 days of leave per month, including medical leave
