Responsibilities
- Assist preparation and monitoring of divisional budget submissions, expenditures and commitments
- Prepare procurement requisitions, specifications, terms of reference and source-selection plans
- Monitor vendor contract performance, deliveries, invoices and performance reports
- Receive, inspect and record purchased items and support physical property verification
- Supervise the General Assistance Unit and guide staff performance planning and reviews
- Organise courtroom and judicial-room support for Court activities and events
- Manage vehicle inspection, maintenance and official driving operations
- Support building management, mail, pouch, reception and internal mail services
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driving licence, EU class B or above, or equivalent
- Seven years of experience in general administration, management, logistics, budgeting or project management, or five years for candidates with a first-level university degree
- Experience drafting formal reports, instructions and standard operating procedures
- Experience using enterprise resource planning systems
- English and French are required
