Salesforce Developer

Maintains and evolves PAHO’s Salesforce Agentforce IT Service platform, delivering secure configuration, development, integrations and production support for staff across the Americas. The consultant converts a prioritised task backlog into tested, documented releases; improves AI-enabled service capabilities and knowledge; and safeguards data, permissions and platform quality while supp.

• Review and deliver prioritised Salesforce tasks within agreed timeframes
• Configure and enhance Agentforce IT Service capabilities
• Develop Salesforce configuration, Flow, Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Maintain integrations using approved APIs and secure authentication
• Improve Agentforce topics, actions, prompts and knowledge grounding
• Test releases, manage approved deployments and provide production support
• Maintain documentation, runbooks and monthly activity reports

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field
• At least three years of experience developing and supporting Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL or SOSL, security, APIs, testing and deployment
