Job Description
Builds and operationalizes PAHO's AI-enabled automation and business-application solutions on Microsoft Power Platform. The consultant delivers governed workflows, integrations and Copilot Studio agents; embeds testing, security and human-review controls; and creates reusable documentation, support practices and knowledge transfer so PAHO teams can operate solutions after the engagement ends.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Review assigned work, confirm requirements and maintain task records, acceptance criteria and delivery status
- Design, build, test, deploy and support Power Platform solutions using approved PAHO services
- Develop and troubleshoot integrations using connectors, REST APIs, Azure services and approved authentication mechanisms
- Build AI-enabled workflows and Copilot Studio agents with approved grounding sources and human-review controls
- Apply security, data-protection, governance, testing and release-management controls to every solution
- Produce solution documentation, runbooks, demonstrations and knowledge-transfer sessions for ITS staff
Role Requirements
- University degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, information technology or a related field
- At least four years of progressively responsible experience in application development, systems integration or business process automation, including at least three years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform delivery
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Desired Criteria
- Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI or comparable AI-enabled workflow experience is highly desirable
- Experience in a regulated, multi-country or international organization environment is desirable
- Working knowledge of Spanish is desirable; French or Portuguese is an asset
