Sustainable Solutions Officer

Lead climate-resilient and low-carbon development support for ADB’s Bhutan Resident Mission in Thimphu. The officer integrates climate priorities into country strategy and programming, engages government counterparts, supports project and technical-assistance delivery, tracks climate finance and indicators, develops knowledge services, and coordinates regional initiatives and partnership

• Support country climate diagnostics and strategy
• Integrate adaptation and low-carbon priorities into programming
• Engage ministries on climate operations
• Support climate investment project implementation
• Track climate finance and climate indicators
• Develop knowledge events and partnerships

• Bachelor’s degree in climate, environmental science, economics, engineering or related field
• At least eight years of climate change experience
• Excellent English proficiency

• Experience with multilateral financial institutions
