Climate Change Officer (Climate Change Adaptation)

Lead climate-change adaptation support for ADB operations in India from the India Resident Mission. The officer integrates resilience, low-carbon transition and disaster-risk priorities into country strategy and programming, coordinates technical assistance and investments, engages clients and partners, and delivers knowledge, capacity building and regional cooperation that strengthen climate out.

• Support day-to-day delivery of assigned operational activities
• Maintain accurate records and reports for the responsible team
• Coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders on work priorities
• Contribute to timely implementation of programme and service plans
• Escalate operational issues and support practical solutions
• Represent the Bank in climate-adaptation events

• Relevant professional experience for the advertised role
• Fluency in English
