Senior Manager, Airline Retailing

Leads IATA activities supporting airlines’ transition to Offers & Orders and modern airline retailing. The role coordinates industry forums, workshops and implementation support, gathers practical lessons for standards groups, and develops insights and recommendations that help airlines, technology providers and partners adopt customer-centred distribution and order-management practices.

• Lead the annual Offers and Orders Forum
• Support airline implementation with technology providers
• Develop industry best practices from implementation lessons
• Facilitate transformation workshops
• Engage airlines and vendors on implementation progress
• Produce adoption reports and recommendations

• University degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Aviation Management or related discipline
• At least 8 years of experience in airline commercial systems, distribution or airline IT
• Strong understanding of Offers & Orders processes and standards
