Job Description
Leads ReliefWeb product management within OCHA, setting the platform roadmap and guiding digital services that meet humanitarian users’ needs. The role joins programme leadership, data and policy analysis, platform partnerships and team supervision to improve information standards, artificial-intelligence integration, service delivery and decisions across OCHA’s information ecosystem.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Set ReliefWeb’s long-term product roadmap and strategic direction
- Manage programme development, monitoring and corrective actions
- Develop workplans and product roadmaps balancing user and technical needs
- Coordinate data standards, schemas and AI integration with other OCHA platforms
- Run user surveys and analyse platform needs and trends
- Lead outreach, training and written programme outputs
- Coordinate budgets and funding documentation
- Supervise teams collecting, verifying and cataloguing humanitarian information
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in business administration, management, economics, information management, social sciences or a related field, or first-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least seven years in project or programme management, administration or a related area
- At least three years managing digital or data products
- Be fluent in English
Desired Criteria
- Data-analytics, business-analytics or data-science programmes are desirable
- Agile technical-product-development experience is desirable
- Humanitarian-context experience is desirable
- International field experience in aid operations is desirable
