Chief, Product Line (3 roles)

Leads one of three NATO NCIA product lines spanning collaboration, digital backbone, or missions and operations. Each chief owns product strategy, investment priorities and lifecycle outcomes, aligns delivery across technical and business teams, removes barriers to value realization, and advances product-centred transformation for NATO customers and the enterprise.

• Own the lifecycle of an assigned product portfolio and its customer outcomes
• Define product vision, strategic direction and investment priorities
• Balance customer value, sustainability, risk, cost and technical constraints
• Align product delivery with capability, service operations, information and data offices
• Lead adoption of product-oriented ways of working across the agency
• Represent NCIA in governance forums and stakeholder engagements

• Master's degree with ten or more years, or bachelor's degree with fifteen or more years, of relevant experience in a complex technical or business environment
• At least five years of experience building high-performing teams and product-centric ways of working
• Experience leading complex product portfolios and organizational transformation
• Knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, APIs and integrations, artificial intelligence and data privacy

• Experience with digital workplace platforms or enterprise business applications
• Experience with product strategy for communications, networks, infrastructure, cloud or cybersecurity systems
• Experience with command and control, intelligence, ISR or operational mission systems
