Leads NATO NCIA’s enterprise technology, cyber-security and digital-transformation agenda as deputy to the Chief Information Officer. The role directs cyber resilience, technology strategy, enterprise platforms and modernization, advises executive leaders on risk and investments, and builds cross-functional teams that deliver secure, interoperable services across the Alliance.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Serve as the Chief Information Officer's deputy in governance and executive forums
- Lead cyber-security, cyber-defense, resilience and risk-management capabilities
- Implement enterprise technology strategies aligned with NATO policy and agency priorities
- Oversee cloud, hybrid and on-premises enterprise platforms
- Guide modernization and lifecycle management of enterprise applications
- Advise executive leadership on technology trends, cyber risks and investment priorities
Role Requirements
- Master's degree with ten or more years, or bachelor's degree with fifteen or more years, of relevant experience in complex technical organizations
- Senior IT leadership experience in a large complex technology organization
- Experience delivering enterprise-wide technology strategies and large-scale transformation programmes
- Deep knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and Zero Trust security methodologies
