Summary of Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee unit activities and major systems projects
- Provide strategic and technical advice on systems analysis and design
- Develop feasibility, requirements, design, development and implementation plans
- Develop cost proposals and manage technical evaluation and contractual services
- Track project progress, quality measures and stakeholder engagement
- Lead and mentor officers and contract staff
- Develop service level agreements and support budget and work-programme planning
- Analyze data and produce visualization-based insights
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or a related field; a first-level degree may be accepted with qualifying experience
- At least 7 years of experience planning, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining enterprise software solutions
- At least 7 years supporting software needs of complex field-based international organizations
- At least 7 years managing a software engineering team
- At least 5 years leading enterprise data integration and SPO-SAP integration
- At least 5 years supporting enterprise governance, architecture, security and compliance for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
- English is required

- Experience leading enterprise AI solutions
- Two or more years of data analytics experience
