Summary of Responsibilities
- Lead design, delivery and continuous improvement of talent reviews, succession planning and promotions
- Provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners and people leaders
- Lead cross-functional talent programs from design to implementation
- Partner with HR Technology teams to improve talent systems and processes
- Define success measures and continuously improve program effectiveness
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development/Behavior, or a related field, with a minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience
- Experience designing and implementing talent management programs including talent review, promotions and succession planning
- Strong track record of leading change and collaborating across diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
