• Lead cross-functional talent programs from design to implementation
• Partner with HR Technology teams to improve talent systems and processes
• Define success measures and continuously improve program effectiveness

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development/Behavior, or a related field, with a minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience
• Experience designing and implementing talent management programs including talent review, promotions and succession planning
• Strong track record of leading change and collaborating across diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
