Job Description
Lead complex people and culture services for UNICEF in Yangon as a P-4 authoritative human-resources expert. The manager will provide technical HR leadership and business partnering, support senior management on policy direction and innovative solutions, supervise HR staff, manage broad projects, and use workforce and HR data to align client services with organisational objectives.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Implement human-resources services that enhance clients' capacity to meet business objectives
- Support senior management on human-resources policy direction and design
- Develop innovative solutions for complex human-resources matters
- Plan, organize and supervise a team of human-resources staff
- Manage broad and complex human-resources projects
- Align human-resources management plans and solutions with business objectives
Role Requirements
- Master's or equivalent advanced university degree in human resources management, business management, international relations, psychology, law or related fields
- At least eight years of relevant human-resources experience
- Fluent English
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of another official UN language or a local language
- Experience with UN or UNICEF human-resources policies, rules and regulations
- Country-level experience in development, fragile settings or humanitarian contexts
