Job Description

Implements UNICEF’s global talent-outreach strategy from the Division of People and Culture in Budapest. The officer strengthens the employer brand by coordinating outreach initiatives, career fairs, academic partnerships and engagement programmes; supports headquarters, regional and country offices; builds client capacity; monitors implementation and continuous improvement; and helps attract.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Implement the UNICEF talent outreach strategy
  • Coordinate employer-branding outreach initiatives and career fairs
  • Build strategic partnerships and engagement with academic institutions
  • Coordinate outreach programmes and stakeholder engagement
  • Build capacity and support clients
  • Plan monitor and improve outreach activities

Role Requirements

  • University degree in human resource management business management international relations psychology or related field
  • At least two years of human-resources talent-outreach employer-branding stakeholder-engagement or related experience
  • Proficient English

Desired Criteria

  • Knowledge of another official UN language
  • Talent outreach employer branding career fairs academic partnerships internships fellowships digital engagement or social-media-management experience
  • Digital communication-platform and professional-networking-tool experience
  • Outreach initiative event or stakeholder-engagement coordination
  • UN-system or international-development-organization experience
  • Country-level development fragile-setting or humanitarian-context experience
  • Hungarian candidates require more than two years of cumulative international experience outside Hungary
