Job Description
Supports UNDP's global human-resources function by coordinating talent-management discussions for Regional Bureaus and strengthening succession, workforce planning and HR business partnering. Based in Bonn, the analyst prepares evidence for Talent Management Committees, tracks decisions and advises managers on people policies, contributing to People for 2030's more open internal talent market.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate Talent Management Committee processes and talent-review exercises for assigned Regional Bureaus
- Prepare briefing materials, analytical reports, talent profiles and workforce data for committee decisions
- Track Talent Management Committee recommendations and implementation follow-up
- Maintain records of talent-management deliberations, outcomes and decisions
- Facilitate talent reviews that identify high-potential talent, skill gaps and succession risks
- Provide HR advisory support on policies, procedures and organisational-change initiatives
- Share lessons and best practices on talent and performance management across HR stakeholders
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration or a related field, or a first-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least 2 years of relevant HR or performance-management experience with a master's degree, or 4 years with a bachelor's degree
- Experience using Microsoft Office and web-based management systems
- Report-writing experience
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Experience in research and analysis
- Familiarity with HR modules in Oracle-based ERP
- Knowledge of UN or UNDP HR policies and procedures
- HR advisory experience implementing HR rules and regulations
