Job Description

Supports UNICEF’s Recruitment Centre of Expertise to strengthen the quality, integrity and effectiveness of global recruitment. The officer conducts post-facto reviews of recruitment cases, assesses policy, diversity and candidate-experience alignment, generates recruitment evidence and analytics, identifies systemic issues and good practices, and translates lessons into practical guidance,.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Conduct recruitment monitoring evaluation and quality assurance
  • Generate recruitment evidence analytics and insights
  • Identify recruitment excellence improvements and lessons learned
  • Build capacity and share knowledge
  • Provide recruitment advisory and stakeholder support
  • Support recruitment knowledge management

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in human resources management business administration business management international relations psychology data analytics social sciences or related field
  • At least two years of human resources recruitment recruitment monitoring or evaluation talent acquisition HR analytics or organizational-learning experience in an international organization or large corporation
  • Relevant quality assurance compliance review audit evaluation HR data-analysis and knowledge-management experience
  • Fluency in English

Desired Criteria

  • Knowledge of another official UN language or a local language
  • Policy implementation or guidance and learning-material-development experience
  • Country-level development fragile-setting or humanitarian-context experience
  • Hungarian candidates require more than two years of cumulative international experience outside Hungary
