Job Description

Coordinates UNICEF Talent Partnerships programmes from the Division of People and Culture in Budapest. The G-7 associate supports partnership implementation, finance and donor reporting, project milestones and knowledge management across JPO, secondment, fellowship, internship and volunteer modalities, maintaining records, dashboards and improvements with governments and organisational partners.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Coordinate operational implementation of Talent Partnerships programmes and partnership modalities
  • Coordinate financial management, budget monitoring and programme reporting
  • Coordinate implementation plans, milestones and deliverables across partnership initiatives
  • Prepare and maintain partnership documentation, agreements, records and electronic repositories
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, dashboards, trackers and guidance materials
  • Coordinate donor budget planning, funding utilisation and financial reporting

Role Requirements

  • Completion of secondary education
  • At least seven years of progressively responsible administrative operational coordination or programme-support experience
  • Ability to extract and analyse data and produce accurate dashboards, trackers and management reports
  • Experience preparing financial reports, certified financial statements or management reports
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, data-reporting tools and human-resources systems
  • Proficiency in English
  • Applicants must be nationals of Hungary or EU/Schengen countries, or hold valid long-term Hungarian residence and work permits

Desired Criteria

  • Experience coordinating complex administrative processes with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in financial administration, budget monitoring, cost estimates, grant management or project implementation
  • Experience supporting donor-funded programmes, partnership agreements or inter-agency initiatives
  • Experience supporting Human Resources, Talent Management or People and Culture programmes
  • Experience in an international organisation or United Nations Common System
  • Country-level experience in development, fragile settings or humanitarian contexts
