Job Description

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate sourcing, assessment, interviewing and selection across the talent-acquisition lifecycle
- Manage vacancy announcements, candidate evaluations, interviews, selection documentation and recruitment reporting
- Advise on HR policies, procedures, exceptions and governance frameworks for staff and non-staff recruitment
- Administer and review recruitment and selection processes for quality, consistency, accuracy and compliance
- Monitor recruitment and contingent-workforce activity using HR data, reporting and process-improvement initiatives
- Build relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, technical units, academic institutions and external organisations to support internship and talent-pipeline programmes
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, psychology, business administration or a field related to the post
- Seven years of national and international human-resources-management experience focused on talent acquisition and recruitment
- At least two years supervising and coordinating HR teams
- Fluency in English or Spanish with working knowledge of the other language
- Proficiency with enterprise resource planning and HR information systems for recruitment, onboarding and workforce data
