Job Description

The HRMOI Org & Security Analyst consultant strengthens the integrity, governance and alignment of Workday organizational data and security configurations at WFP headquarters in Rome. The assignment reconciles organizational datasets, improves access-control compliance, supports security testing and audit readiness, and coordinates HR-system improvements with technical and business stakeholders.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Reconcile organizational datasets in Workday for structural integrity and governance compliance
  • Harmonize organization and position data across Workday and WINGS
  • Execute and document mass data-maintenance activities across extraction, transformation and reconciliation
  • Support compliant Workday security configurations and security groups
  • Validate user access rights and mitigate segregation-of-duties conflicts
  • Prepare audit documentation and resolve access-control observations
  • Support security testing, releases and continuous-improvement cycles

Role Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics or Finance, or a first-level degree with additional relevant experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources or IT
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems including configuration, data management or process improvement
  • Fluency in oral and written English
  • Intermediate knowledge of another official UN language or Portuguese

Desired Criteria

  • Experience with Workday implementation
  • Experience in organizational structure and position management in a complex or global organization
  • Experience with HR digital transformation or system-enhancement projects
  • Knowledge of SAP HR modules
  • Ability to interpret HR data, rules and regulations
