Job Description
The Respectful Workplace Intern supports UNDP’s People Performance Unit through a three-month home-based internship. The role reviews workplace materials for accessibility, coordinates translations, improves digital content, creates inclusive communications assets, updates internal platforms, and supports the Speak Up culture programme through accessibility standards and user-centred design.

Role Requirements
- Graduate student, final-year bachelor's student or university graduate in communications, linguistics, media studies, education or related field
- Fluency in English
