Supports UNV online to update and verify national talent-source maps for Central America in preparation for potential El Niño-related needs. The Online Volunteer reviews existing maps, identifies and verifies relevant organizations and networks, records coverage and contact information, maps education, professional, community, humanitarian and public-sector sources, documents community-access.

• Review information available in existing national talent-source maps
• Identify relevant organizations institutions networks and channels
• Verify that identified sources are active and contact information is current
• Record territorial coverage organization type contacts and accessible profiles
• Identify universities technical institutions and training centers
• Map professional associations networks communities of practice and community organizations
• Identify local government risk-management bodies and public employment services
• Record languages local knowledge community experience and access characteristics
• Identify gaps in territories or profiles with limited sources
• Organize and systematize information in the UNV-provided tool

• Research information-gathering desk-research stakeholder-mapping or similar experience
• Ability to locate validate verify and systematize public and digital information
• Spreadsheet or basic information-management-tool capability
• Spanish proficiency
