The Online Volunteer maps and updates talent sources in Colombia to strengthen UNV preparedness for potential El Niño-related needs. Working remotely, the assignment verifies organizations and contact data, identifies territorial coverage and relevant profiles, and systematically records networks, institutions and community channels in the UNV classification tool.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Review existing national talent-source mappings
- Identify relevant organizations, institutions, networks and channels
- Verify that identified sources are active and contact information is current
- Record territorial coverage, organization type, contacts and accessible profiles
- Map universities, professional associations, community organizations and public entities
- Identify information gaps across territories and profiles
- Organize and systematize information consistently in the UNV tool
Role Requirements
- Experience in research, information gathering, desk research, stakeholder mapping or similar activities
- Ability to locate, compare, verify and systematize information using public and digital sources
- Ability to use spreadsheets or basic information-management tools
- Spanish
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of Colombia’s institutional, social or territorial context
- Familiarity with universities, professional associations, community organizations or public entities
- Familiarity with actors in risk management, humanitarian action or community development
