Job Description
Support UNV's country-level communications strategy in Brazil, increasing visibility of volunteerism and attracting talent. The assistant produces adapted content, manages social media and campaign activity, tracks performance, liaises with partners and field teams, and maintains branded multimedia and outreach materials that demonstrate UN Volunteers' contribution to peace and development.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support communications strategies, campaigns and promotional materials for target audiences
- Draft country-specific and data-driven content for presentations, websites and social media
- Collect photos, videos, quotes and other content for multimedia products
- Create, schedule, publish and monitor country-level social-media content
- Track performance analytics and report engagement results monthly
- Maintain photo libraries and communications files to support outreach and reporting
Role Requirements
- Minimum three years of practical communications or public-relations experience, with two additional years required with a high school diploma
- Portuguese and English
Desired Criteria
- Experience in graphic design and content creation
- Experience working with media, social media or digital communications
- Previous volunteer or development-organisation experience
- Experience with design software and web-based resource-management systems
