Project Manager - HQ Real Estate Projects

The project manager will lead headquarters engineering operations and building-engineer teams for World Bank real estate projects in Washington, DC. The role oversees HVAC and central-plant operations, preventive maintenance, engineering safety, staff development, capital-project coordination and technical review of construction and facilities work, including technical reviews.

• Master's degree with 5 years relevant experience or bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
