Project Management and Infrastructure ManagerNew

UNOPS is recruiting a Project Management and Infrastructure Manager in Tunis to provide strategic oversight and technical leadership across infrastructure projects. The manager will guide project planning, design, execution and reporting, validate technical documentation, strengthen controls and risk management, establish HSSE frameworks, mentor project managers and drive continuous improvement across the infrastructure portfolio.

• Provide technical leadership across infrastructure projects
• Advise project managers on planning, scheduling and coordination
• Review technical documentation and strengthen controls and risk management
• Establish and improve health, safety, social and environmental frameworks

• Advanced degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field
• At least 5 years of civil-engineering or construction-management experience
• At least 3 years of project-management experience
• Fluent French and English

• Experience in post-conflict or fragile environments
• Experience providing technical advice and oversight
• Experience with UN-system organizations or developing countries
