Job Description

Coordinates implementation of NATO 2030 infrastructure projects for Allied Command Transformation’s facilities branch. The role tracks cost, scope, schedule, performance and risk across project lifecycles; maintains management data; supports programme submissions and site surveys; and guides contract staff and host-nation stakeholders to deliver infrastructure capabilities and investment outcomes.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Track projects in NATO 2030 infrastructure programmes
  • Coordinate programme inputs and project submissions for the Investment Committee
  • Maintain lifecycle project data in management information systems
  • Guide contract staff preparing projects for infrastructure programmes
  • Track implementation with Territorial Host Nations
  • Monitor cost, scope, schedule, performance and risk issues
  • Support inspections and conduct site surveys
  • Maintain working relationships with programme directors and portfolio managers

Role Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant infrastructure discipline with at least two years of function-related experience, or higher secondary education with advanced vocational training and at least four years of post-related experience
  • Four years of experience in infrastructure and facilities programmes
  • Four years of experience in a multinational organization
  • Two years of experience delivering infrastructure facilities projects
  • Two years of management experience in a large organization
  • Fluent English at SLP 3333
  • Ability to obtain NATO SECRET security clearance before employment

Desired Criteria

  • Knowledge of the NATO Governance and Management model for common-funded capabilities
  • Professional accreditation as an engineer, architect, construction manager or infrastructure specialist
  • PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification
  • Management of Risk qualification
