Job Description
Coordinates UNICEF's menstrual health and hygiene promotion programme in Greece as the main operational focal point for CRC teams. The consultant will deliver Training of Trainers, technical troubleshooting and implementation support, organize online training and school visits, oversee product distribution, liaise with the donor, and maintain progress documentation across the assignment.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations and implementation of the menstrual health and hygiene promotion programme
- Serve as the operational focal point for CRC teams and provide initial Training of Trainers
- Provide continuous technical support and troubleshooting to CRC teams
- Coordinate implementation, communications, online trainings and school visits
- Coordinate dispatch and delivery of menstrual hygiene products to schools
- Liaise with the donor and monitor assignment progress and documentation
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in Project Management, Public Health, Education, Social Sciences, Child Rights, Gender Studies, International Development, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project or programme management experience
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder programmes and coordinating implementing partners or teams
- Fluency in Greek and English
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of menstrual health and hygiene, child rights, adolescent health, gender or school-based programming
- Previous experience working with UNICEF
