Job Description
Provides programme, financial and administrative support for IOM Ireland’s MHPSS project serving international-protection seekers at the Citywest accommodation facility. The role maintains project and beneficiary records, processes claims and procurement, tracks budgets and reporting inputs, coordinates office services, and supports compliant delivery of psychosocial-support activities.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor project administrative, financial and HR activities and guide two programme assistants
- Maintain activity, beneficiary, HR and financial records for accurate project monitoring and reporting
- Process staff expense and travel claims under IOM rules and procedures
- Purchase project items in line with IOM procurement procedures
- Monitor administrative and financial processes and flag budget discrepancies to supervisors and site coordinators
- Compile documentation and data for donor reporting and check information for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate support services for meetings, trainings, seminars and project events
- Prepare minutes and follow up on meeting actions and document-production arrangements
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or a related field with three years of relevant professional experience, or a high school diploma with five years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in a similar setting and capacity
- Excellent information-technology knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English
- Valid residence and work permit for Ireland

- Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality
